Job Scope:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions

• Conduct product/service presentations and sales pitches to potential customers

• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• On-the-job training provided
