Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower needed to execute job orders efficiently.
* Monitor the execution of the production schedule, addressing and resolving any issues that arise to prevent delays.
* Track production progress to ensure final products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Manager for prompt resolution.
* Analyze backlogs, current, and upcoming orders to effectively prioritize, plan, and schedule production operations.
* Collaborate with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams to optimize planning and enhance production efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to company production policies and standards to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Proficient in both manual and CNC machining operations.
* Strong knowledge in fabrication, mechanical assemblies, aircraft jigs and fixtures, and aircraft maintenance tooling.
* Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is essential.
* Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings.
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working well under pressure.
