Sales Support Engineer (Exp in Sales Support/West Area) - #1101550

Responsibilities:

* Possess basic knowledge of instrumentation and valves (an advantage).

* Support the Sales Team in product application, sizing, quotation preparation, and documentation.

* Generate quotations using the NAV system and follow up with customers to ensure closure.

* Participate in customer and site visits to gain hands-on experience and enhance application and technical knowledge.

Requirements:

* Minimum NTC 3 or a Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

* Entry-level candidates are welcome; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.

* Knowledge of CAD software is a plus.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Willing to travel for business purposes and attend overseas training when required.

* Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
