What you'll be doing?

• Full Cycle Accounting: Manage the complete accounting process for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
• Reporting Excellence: Prepare comprehensive management reports, annual reports, and reporting packages that provide valuable insights to clients.
• Tax Compliance: Handle GST returns and liaise confidently with IRAS during audits, showcasing your expertise in tax regulations.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with HQ, external auditors, and clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for all accounting matters.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: A recognized degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualification like ACCA, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SFRS and GST, with the ability to apply these standards in complex accounting scenarios.
• Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience handling multiple full sets of accounts in a client accounting or professional accounting firm setting.
• Leadership Skills: Previous supervisory experience is highly valued, as you'll be guiding team members to success.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated experience in addressing and resolving challenging audit issues, showcasing your analytical skills.
• Personal Qualities: A team player who is meticulous, deadline-driven, and thrives under pressure with minimal supervision.
