Mailroom Officer (Temp, Part-Time)

Location: Jurong East
Salary: $10.38/hour
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
Contract: 1 month (may be extended)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and distribute incoming mail daily

• Manage outgoing mail, including printing, folding, stamping, enveloping, and mailing registered and normal letters

• Coordinate courier services: receive/send parcels, record details, and liaise with courier companies to track deliveries

• Open returned mail and redirect to appropriate departments or personnel

• Make daily trips to SingPost at Paya Lebar for mailing or stamp purchases (transport via Grab/taxi is claimable)

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic verbal and written communication skills

• Basic IT proficiency

• Pleasant and customer-service oriented attitude

• Meticulous and organized

• Willing to travel
