About the role

Delimax Pte Ltd, a leading provider of precision engineering solutions, is looking for an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our vibrant team. This full-time role is key to managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare Group Financials Statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards

• Prepare Group analysis reports, and financial audit schedules and Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Provide financial insights to Management for decision making. Project Cost variance analysis for management review

• Ensure compliance with tax planning, Forex hedging, transfer pricing

• Review intercompany billing/activities, Reconciliation and Confirmation

• Manage Group cashflow forecast and borrowings. Assist in loan financing applications.

• Responsible for the review of all subsidiary financial statements, WIP schedules, and oversee accounts payable and receivable. Payroll’s entries, inventory, all banking matters and other transactional processing

• Manage statutory financial statements and taxes reporting, liaising with external auditors and corporate secretary for compliance

• Lead process improvements and new ERP system implementations

• Promote risk management and act as the financial data owner

What we're looking for

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy / ACCA/ CA (Singapore).

• Strong financial and leadership experience

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic project management

• Expertise in financial reporting and statutory requirements

• Proven ability to manage and develop a finance team

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Independent and good interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of WIP, progress billings etc. will be added as an advantage

• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite but not a must.
