Salary: Up to $2.6k basic salary + $275 KPI allowance
Location: Yio Chu Kang / Ang Mo Kio (Free shuttle from Jurong and Chua Chu Kang)
Period: 1 year contract (renewable and convertible to permanent position)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM + Alt Saturday 8.30 AM to 1.00 PM
Job Scope:
○ Deliver personalized and high-standard professional service to customers on related enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
○ Attend to customers’ feedback or complaints in a timely manner.
○ Handle calls within the First Call Resolution (FCR) and escalate complex cases to Department Officer.
○ Create and update customer interactions accurately within CRM to keep track of customers’ enquiries and history.
○ Provide feedback on behalf of customers on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
○ Singaporeans only
○ Minimum 'N' Level
○ Call centre/customer service experience
○ Willing to undergo training that involves studying and memorizing content
