Senior/Accounts Executive - #1100122

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages and oversees all aspects of accounting and finance of the business in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures, and relevant standards, laws and regulations.

• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements and reports. For senior position, assist in managing the accounting of a group of companies.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, banker and any other external parties / vendors as necessary.

• Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining staff records and payroll processes.

• Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and providing insights for effective planning.

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funding for operational needs.

• Implement effective credit control measures to improve collections and minimize credit risk.

• Perform payment processing, and ensure timely disbursement to suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• For the Senior position, at least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
