Sales cum Technical Engineer

We primarily sells and distributes specialized industrial and marine equipment, particularly for burner and boiler systems—integral components for combustion, fuel handling, process heating, and automation solutions in industrial and marine environments.

• Up till $4000 basic + variable bonus

• 5 Days work week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm)

The Responsibilities

• Identifying potential clients and prospects through various channels, such as referrals, cold calling, and market research.

• Service existing customers and new customers’ account

• Effectively presenting products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing any questions or concerns of customer about company product.

• Negotiating sales prices, payment/delivery terms, and conditions with customers and securing contracts.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and new customer to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.

• Tracking sales performance, preparing reports on sales activities, and analysing market trends to identify opportunities in order to hit sales targets.

• Keeping abreast of the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

• Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.

• Working effectively with other teams, such as marketing and product management, to achieve sales objectives.

• Managing customer orders, processing payments, and handling paperwork.

The Requirements:

• 1 year experience in industrial and marine equipment

• Able to effectively present products or services and persuade customers to make a purchase.

• Able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and organize sales activities.
