Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese-style ramen dishes, including broth, noodles, and toppings, following standard recipes and quality expectations

• Manage noodle preparation (hand-pulled or machine-made, as applicable)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment

• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours

• Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in daily kitchen prep and ordering

• Handle customer feedback professionally when required

• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef or Manager

Job Requirements:

• Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification preferred

• Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, particularly noodle preparation

• Familiarity with kitchen tools, equipment, and food preparation procedures

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
