What you’ll do:
Manage Payoneer’s Enterprise client relationships at the senior level through understanding clients’ business, payment needs & flows, growth opportunities.
Develop client retention and growth strategies for your managed client portfolio with various digital commerce verticals (e.g. Social streaming, eCommerce, freelancing, content distribution, and others).
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for accounts, aligned to client business objectives, while prioritizing cross and up sell opportunities.
Negotiate commercial & contractual terms, and work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to execute on revenue goals and growth objectives.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to establish growth goals, and track performance against jointly agreed objectives.
Take ownership of client health by demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, ensuring that clients receive optimal support and service.
Leverage market, competitive, and proprietary data to inform decision-making, providing a comprehensive view of the client’s status and future opportunities.
Actively participate in internal review forums, presenting account plans for approval and soliciting support from management and other key business stakeholders.
Identify potential new product and service opportunities, providing strategic input to product and R&D teams to enhance offerings with a long-term focus.
Effectively communicate Payoneer’s value proposition during account review processes, prioritizing initiatives that align with client and company goals.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or above
8+ years of experience in a client facing role in high growth technology firms, ecommerce/payments firm, fintech space or in a financial institution
Ability to work with global cross teams, including sales/bd, finance, marketing, risk, customer care, legal, product, professional services, and compliance
Expert communicator who is motivated to own all aspects of the client relationship and be the client’s advocate within Payoneer
Excellent phone manner and presentation skills and able to productively facilitate meetings
Able to travel to clients on frequent basis
Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box but also to know how to plan, prioritize, and execute on strategies to meet client needs and revenue goals
Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin and Korean proficiency required for internal collaboration
