Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for systems and diagnostic imaging equipment

• Process image amendment requests in accordance with protocols

• Perform daily administrative tasks for applications

• Liaise with vendors and relevant departments to communicate and resolve IT-related incidents reported by users

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary

• Facilitate the import and export of radiological images between systems

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
