Location: Jalan Bukit Merah (West Region) / Aljunied 

Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Office hours)

Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Saturday is designated as a self-learning day) / 5days

Bond: 2-year commitment / Full time

Job Responsibilities (Jalan Bukit Merah, West Region) $3000 - $5000:

• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements.

• Create and update project template files to ensure compliance with standards.

• Coordinate with other disciplines and engineers to manage and resolve clashes effectively.

• Supervise and update the current revision status of project documents.

• Compile as-built drawings upon project completion.

• Detail and document working drawings accurately.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

 Job Responsibilities (Aljunied, East Region) $2500 - $4000:

• Prepare M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit timely accordingly.

• Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements.

• Work closely with Project teams on drawing amendments & updates.

• Assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes.

• Assist Project Manager on the completion of projects/ad-hoc assignments if required.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• Knowledge on AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.

• Must have ACMV experience - Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation

• At least 1 year experience

• Good communication and interaction skill.
