Job Descriptions:

• Perform timely and accurate physical receiving and issuing of

• items/chemicals to various cleanrooms.

• Prepare outbound shipments, including the creation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and Air Waybills (AWB).

• Conduct and report inventory cycle counts, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored in designated locations as per the inventory database.

• Ensure effective pass-down of activities to facilitate timely follow-up and completion according to schedule.

• Maintain and implement 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) practices across all work areas.

• Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor as required.

• Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety regulations and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidate with strong willingness to learn

• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and AWBs will be advantage.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and cycle counting procedures will be advantage.

• Understanding of 6S methodology and workplace safety practices.

• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Excel, Word, inventory databases).

• Must be able to lift, move, and handle goods as part of daily tasks

• Responsible, reliable, and proactive in carrying out assigned duties
