Manufacturing Engineer - #1097166

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity, and yield
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate line issues if any. Daily reporting on shift performance
• Coordinate with other departments to support NRE, engineering runs and preventive maintenance activities
• Oversee manpower planning, job assignment and overtime allocation
• Establish operator training plan to improve flexibility to support production
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed
• Lead and drive improvement projects on safety, quality, manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and cost

Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor degree / Diploma in Engineering related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and managing Operators
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organization and management skills.
