What will you do?

  • Collaborate with business leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with organisational goals.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle, from onboarding and orientation to internal transitions and offboarding.

  • Champion a consistent and engaging employee experience at all stages.

  • Manage all work pass applications, renewals, and ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and immigration requirements.

  • Accurately administer monthly payroll inputs, liaise with vendors, and ensure compliance with statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS).

  • Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, leave, and wellness schemes.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns professionally and providing clear, consistent guidance.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.

  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company values and Singapore employment law.

  • Ensure all HR practices are aligned with PDPA, Employment Act, and internal standards.

  • Support and coordinate performance appraisal processes, promotions, and performance improvement plans.

  • Organise and track learning and development programs to support employee growth.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of HR projects such as digitalisation, engagement strategies, DEI initiatives, or HRIS enhancements.

  • Provide data and insights to support HR reporting and decision-making.

  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of generalist HR experience with strong exposure to Singapore HR practices.

  • In-depth understanding of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and payroll systems.

  • Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

  • Self-starter at tasks and resourceful answer finder.

  • IHRP certified
