QC Inspector (Automotive) - #1101091

Our client, one of Singapore's established company specializing in leasing and rental of commercial land transport equipment, is seeking for talents for the position of QC Inspector (Automotive).

Working Location : North-East Region

Working Hours : 5.25 Days (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm), and Alternate Half Day Saturdays (8.30am-12.30pm)

Remuneration Package :

• Basic up to S$ 3,400

• Mobile Allowance

• Variable Bonus (up to 3 months)
   

Job Description :

• Perform inspections of vehicle after service and repair completed by technician in accordance to defined checklist.

• Report and request rework for the findings found after the inspection through Team Leader.

• Accurately document the results of the inspection and testing.

• Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.

• Inputting data into quality database for future reference.

• Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to respective team leader and report to QA manager for filing and action if necessary.

• Work with Operation Manager and Quality Assurance Manager to provide feedback to improve procedures.

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following safety and ISO standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publication.

• Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.
   

Job Requirements :

• At least possess NITEC in Automotive with at least 5 years of experience in repairing automotive vehicle

• Knowledge in using electronic diagnostic tool

• Proficient in Microsoft office

• Excellent in computer knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills

• Preferably possess a Class 3 Driving License
