Responsibilities:
- Respond customer's enquiries via WhatsApp
- Explain the purchasing process
- Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
- Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
- Simple translation support
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

- Proficiency in English and Japanese language (JLPT N3 for above) to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
- Good working attitude & punctuality
- Willing to work on weekends
