Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

Contract Duration: 1 year
Salary: Up to $5,000/month

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing to join our Singapore Market Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives, activations, and campaigns, including special projects such as Group Buy. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to driving sales, revenue, and engagement in the retail and airport services industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration

• Facilitate internal and external meetings.

• Perform data analysis when required.

• Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices as needed.

• Respond to enquiries from the staff rewards program email inbox.

• Assist in administration of the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).

2. Sales & Marketing

• Support planning and operational aspects of the Group Buy project, liaising with merchants, tenants, and internal business development teams.

• Support the planning, development, and implementation of omnichannel marketing communication campaigns, including eDM, SMS, push notifications, and website updates.

• Set up both digital and physical marketing campaigns.

• Monitor ongoing campaign performance against budget, maintain accurate records, and highlight any variances.

• Assist in communication and collaboration with external marketing agencies and production companies.

• Assist in event planning and execution.

• Assist in marketing communication post-campaign analysis.

• Manage operations for the Staff Perks Portal and Tenant Promotion Portal.

3. Project Management Support

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for projects.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor project progress and ensure it meets specifications, timelines, and budget.

• Support the creation of presentation slides for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Able to work independently with high initiative, drive, and determination to succeed.

• Basic skills and flair in creative design/editing (e.g., Adobe, Canva) is a plus.

• Experience in the retail, airport services, e-commerce, aviation, or travel industry is advantageous.
