Lead the end-to-end AV service lifecycle for events—from gathering client requirements and drafting technical briefs to final delivery and post-event wrap-up
Serve as the single point of contact for all AV-related communications, ensuring clarity across internal teams, clients, and external vendors
Coordinate with AV partners to obtain quotations, align on service levels
Collaborate and work closely with internal teams to align technical requirements with event goals and ensure seamless AV setup, testing, and live support
Identify and address limitations, propose alternatives, and manage client expectations throughout the event planning process
Monitor and control AV costs, validate vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to approved budgets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of background in events, communications, or media preferred
Strong communication with stakeholder management skills and client-facing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure across multiple project
