Our client is a Fortune 500 MNC.

They are looking for: 

• IT Engineer (Software)

Role Summary

This role focuses on enhancing the digital end-user experience and managing software lifecycle and vulnerability compliance.

• Review/approve changes affecting digital user experience (monitoring, orchestration, testing, documentation).

• Enhance and mature the global Early Adopter Program.

• Develop and implement user experience (UX) improvement strategies.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.

• Collaborate across IT, design, and product teams to enhance UX/UI.

• Maintain a consistent experience across platforms and devices.

• Monitor performance and user satisfaction metrics for continuous improvement.

• Train teams on UX best practices.

• Manage all the company approved licensed software and entitlements.

• Analyze software risks, license usage, and vulnerabilities.

• Participate in remediation projects and compliance efforts.

• Develop SLM strategies for cost/performance optimization.

• Lead license management team and coordinate renewals.

• Generate reports on software usage and savings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

• 5+ years in software lifecycle and vulnerability management.

• Experience with Microsoft Cloud (M365, Windows365, VirtualDesktop).

• Familiar with ISO 27000 (ISO27k) standards and compliance.

• Passion for endpoint security and continuous improvement.
