Main Job Purpose
- Responsible for day-to-day book keeping entries, matching of receipts, accounts payable and receivable matters
- GST filing & Submission
- Petty Cash and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare payment voucher and cheque issuance
- Issuance of invoices and debit/credit notes
- Handle phone calls & email enquires
- General administrative duties
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)
- Review and updating of company policy in the Employee’s Handbook
- Liaise with all government and external bodies with regards to staff issues, subsidies, and grant
- Arranging & conducting interviews/ initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
- Entry and update expense reports, staff and workers reimbursement
- Provide administrative support such as memos, letters, transmittals, assists in audits (ISO)and other documents
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualification and Skills
- Candidate must possess at least/STPB/UEC/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Proficient with accounting software AutoCount and proficient in MS-Office
- Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
- Able to multi task and work independently, Positive Attitude
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills
