Senior / Patient Service Associate, Inpatient Operations - #1100877

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties and provide customer service to our patients
• Responsible for registration and billing, payment/deposit collection, appointment scheduling as well as providing financial advice to patients
• Scheduling follow-up appointments for patients. 
• Assist with planned admissions at ambulatory centres, supporting OT resource management and admitting/discharge processes
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
• 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Working Schedule (Staggered hours):

• Mon - Fri (Office hours) Staggered 
• Weekends and Public Holidays on rotation basis.
