Job Description
Ensure production workers comply with GMP and hygiene practices at all times
Responsible for preparing and tasting finished goods sensory samples
Responsible for handling in house / external Calibration
Responsible for conducting in-house air environmental
Responsible for coordinating with third party lab to arrange for air, water, equipment swab, hand swab, packaging swab.
Responsible for conducting in-house swabbing test such as equipment, hand, packaging.
Responsible for raw material sample drawing
Responsible for checking raw material COA compliance, test results, trial results, work order etc and release prior to production.
Handle pest control
Handle 2nd & 3rd party audit
Responsible for reviewing SOP, ISO Document, Food Safety Related
Play a part in Food Safety Team
Ensure operators and operation flow complies with food safety standards and SOP
Monitor and report pest activities to ensure good hygiene in warehouse and production
Support in raw material batching & pre-weighing verification checks and highlight immediately to the Superior/Manager should there be any non-compliances
Support in sending daily QC reports to management and ensure that the information sends out are accurate.
Support in line production check on CCPs, OPRPs and in-line checking of the products such as FOC. Highlight immediately to the Superior/Manager should there be any non-compliances
Support in line production checks such as correct raw material usage, correct packaging are use, correct stencilling information and ensuring that changeover / flush out are done accordingly.
Support in production to ensure finished goods samples are collected and ensuring that correct samples are collected by the productions.
Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior/Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in relevant course of study
Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in similar role and preferably with food background acknowledge
Have food safety background such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC etc
Able to communicate in English in a multi-nationalities work environment
Able to work in fast pace environment and able to show good team player
