Facility Coordinator (Maintenance) - #1100838

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the machines and engage contractor for repairs when breakdown

• Manage purchases and upkeep of factory related supplies, maintenance and repairs

• Issue Purchase Order, check Delivery Order, match Invoices

• Creating, maintaining and updating of equipment, vehicles maintenance records

• Arranging payment for all maintenance, servicing & miscellaneous purchases

• Perform duties such as handle telephone call, mail, visitors, etc.

• Liaise with stakeholders for renewal of BCA Licenses, ISO Cert, NEA, LTA, SCDF etc

• Maintain records in database in SAP/Excel, inspect and perform reconciliation for discrepancies

• At least 'O' Level and above with 1 year in related field

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP preferred
