Location : North Region
Duration : 1 year contract
Working Hours : Rotating 12 hour shift (2 days work with 2 days off day)
Rotating Shift : 12 hr day or night shift
Salary : Up to $3000
Job Scope
Provided first-call resolution (FCR) through phone and email support, ensuring timely responses and initial troubleshooting
Escalated unresolved issues to second-level support and tracked progress while maintaining case ownership until closure
Maintained clear communication, offering regular updates to customers and managing expectations in line with service levels
Handled incident classification and prioritization, and alerted the team lead in case of unusual call surges or patterns
Requirement
Min 1 year End user support experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk
Must have contact centre experience (remote support)
