Location : North Region

Duration : 1 year contract

Working Hours : Rotating 12 hour shift (2 days work with 2 days off day)

Rotating Shift : 12 hr day or night shift

Salary : Up to $3000

Job Scope 

• Provided first-call resolution (FCR) through phone and email support, ensuring timely responses and initial troubleshooting

• Escalated unresolved issues to second-level support and tracked progress while maintaining case ownership until closure

• Maintained clear communication, offering regular updates to customers and managing expectations in line with service levels

• Handled incident classification and prioritization, and alerted the team lead in case of unusual call surges or patterns

Requirement

• Min 1 year End user support experience, Desktop or Technical Service Desk

• Must have contact centre experience (remote support)
