Business Development Manager - #1100782

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and achieve user growth targets for Singapore’s securities and content verticals by designing end-to-end user acquisition and operational plans.

• Leverage growth methodologies to deploy multifaceted strategies, including but not limited to channel expansion, cross-industry partnerships, campaign marketing, and viral user acquisition.

• Collaborate with global teams (Operations, Brand Marketing, etc.) to localize growth strategies for Singapore. Organize and optimize offline campaigns, roadshows, and standardization of field execution.

• Manage hybrid teams by overseeing recruitment, training, and scheduling of part-time staff; supervise external vendors to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency.

• Oversee on-site operations, including event setup, staffing, warehousing, and F&B arrangements. Take ownership of budget management and execution timelines.

• Drive data-informed decisions by integrating business objectives, user insights, and market trends. Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Product) to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in user growth, traffic operations, or channel management; prior exposure to finance, securities, or content ecosystems is a plus.

• Proven ability to independently lead offline user acquisition projects (e.g., street activations, corporate roadshows, mall pop-ups).

• Skilled in building scalable processes in ambiguous environments; experience managing external vendors and collaborating across functions (Marketing, Legal, Product).

• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in strategic planning and execution.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments; international work experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated ownership, self-motivation, resilience, and learning agility.
