JOB SUMMARY

The PCA provides support and assistance to the registered and enrolled nurses in the delivery of nursing care to the patients. Ensure the comfort and safety of the patients in the dialysis Centre.

The responsibility includes providing physical support to patients, such as lifting or assisting patients in moving on or off dialysis chairs, transporting patients to and fro the dialysis Centre. In addition, check and record patients' weight and vital signs, maintain and handle dialysis equipment in a safe manner, and answer patient call bells to determine patients' needs and stock medical and patient care supplies.

Requirements

Min. GCE N Level or equivalent.
Relevant working experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Those with a Certificate in Patient Care (Nursing) will be an added advantage.
