DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leverage established relationships and networks to drive long-term customer retention, identify new sales opportunities, and build lasting professional connections, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty 

2. Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and promptly address concerns to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their objectives

3. Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (e.g., customer service, supply chain, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client expectations.

4. Manage all sales-related documentation, including contracts, quotations, orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

5. Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management, adapting to business needs and contributing to the overall success of the company.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma/Degree. Candidates with O / A Level and relevant working experience can be considered.

2. Pleasant and customer service oriented.

3. Resourceful and able to work independently.

4. Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.

5. Proficient in Microsoft words & excel.

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

7. Experienced in SAP will be an advantage.

8. Enthusiastic and good follow-up skills.
