(Senior) Manager, Operations (healthcare) - #1100736

Key Responsibilities

• Attend user engagement workshops to provide subject matter input for organisational design and user experience

• Lead planning discussions for services, infrastructure, and resource allocation

• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders on service flow and planning parameters

• Facilitate workshops, coordinate meetings, and develop methodologies and technologies for projects

• Develop end-user briefs, operational requirements, guidelines, and test new models

• Prepare business cases for infrastructure and funding approvals

• Track and report progress from various work streams

• Organize and lead activities for organisation's development

• Implement operational models in line with service development, budget, and guidelines

• Manage administration matters (meetings, logistics, documentation, filing systems, procurement/payment)

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s in healthcare/business administration or related field.

• Minimum 7 years’ healthcare operations experience (more for Senior Manager).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and solve problems analytically.

• Proficient in MS Office; strong facilitation and relationship-building skills.
