• Measure What Matters: Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs that tell the story of our product’s success—and shape the roadmap ahead.
Channel Engagement:
• Map Global Channels: Identify and develop sales and marketing channels worldwide to accelerate growth.
• Drive Partner Success: Monitor performance metrics, foster healthy competition, and optimize channel campaigns for peak results.
• Leverage Influencers: Scout, source, and collaborate with key influencers to achieve exponential product reach.
Data Analysis:
• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct rigorous research to guide positioning and prioritize features that move the needle.
• User Insights: Analyze surveys, usage, and sales data to uncover actionable patterns in learner behavior.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into tailored B2C, B2B, and channel-based go-to-market strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Align & Amplify: Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure everyone’s aligned and moving fast.
• Champion Clear Communication: Keep stakeholders in the loop with concise updates, demos, and roadmaps that build confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in product or project management especially EdTech or consumer-facing apps.
• Relationship-Builder: Proven ability to engage, motivate, and collaborate with team members, global partners and end users.
• Analytical Mindset: You love data — able to slice, dice, and craft compelling stories with numbers.
• Communication Pro: You articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively, both written and speech.
• Go-Getters Only: Familiarity with B2C and B2B sales strategies, and the drive to make them work.
