Coordination Manager (Construction / Main Con / MRT project) (ID: 677689) PNHP - #1100682

Our client, a well-known A1 main contractor in the construction industry, is looking for candidates for the position of Coordination Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface (civil / structural, architectural and E&M installation, utility diversions).

· Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors.

· Managing interfaces for the design and construction of tunnelling projects including TFP/TOP/design and approval process.

· Liaise with various government and utility agencies to secure initial site clearance.

· Coordinate design and construction matters (civil, architectural, M&E) with consultants and contractors to obtain approval of design submissions.

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Engineering.

• Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) and/or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP).

• At least 8-years of engineering experience with minimum 5 years in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature.

• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects with full understanding of the design and approval.

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge in TFP / TOP process.

• Excellent communication skills needed to liaise with MP’s office.
