We are hiring for our client in the healthcare industry, who is looking for a passionate Patient Service Associate to join their growing team.

Highlight

• Working hours: 7.30am - 7.30pm / 7,30pm - 7.30am (Rotating shift)

• Working days including weekends or public holiday

Job Scope

• Perform financial counselling (provide estimated bill) for patients

• Registration of patients, manage general enquiries at the counter and answer phone calls

• Collect payment and reconcile daily counter collections

• Act as ‘Service Ambassadors’ at the patient waiting area in each OA to handle enquiries from patients as well as perform immediate service recovery

• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Min. O-Level

• MUST be able to work rotating shifts

• MUST be able to commit weekends and public holidays

• Customer Service Oriented

• Able to work in a hospital environment
