Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the veterinary nursing team across all departments, ensuring high standards of patient care and smooth clinical operations.

• Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and shift coverage for the Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) department, ensuring 24/7 readiness.

• Drive hospital process improvements by working with the COO on operational audits, SOP training, and workflow optimization.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient outcomes, emergency response times, and service quality.

• Manage staff development through structured training, mentorship programs, and coordination of internship/externship opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in veterinary or general nursing, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a veterinary or clinical setting.

• Strong background in healthcare operations, staff management, and emergency care procedures; certifications such as Cert III or IV are advantageous.

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide nursing teams in high-pressure environments.
