Job Scope:

• Service, Install, and commission robotic mechanical systems and related equipment at customer sites.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and provide technical support to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or control issues.

• Carry out mechanical alignment, calibration, and fine-tuning of robotic systems to meet performance standards.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback documentation in a timely.

• Identify spare parts requirements and assist in managing service tools and inventory.

• Ensure all service activities comply with safety regulations and company quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Entry level is welcome to apply, training is provided.

• Relevant experience in servicing or maintaining robotic or automation equipment with hands-on skills welcome to apply

• Hands-on experience in machine assembly, troubleshooting, and repair

• Willing to travel locally or overseas for onsite support or installation jobs

• Possess Class 3 driving license is a plus.
