Program Assistant (Semicon Manufacturing) - 5 days, AWS & Bonus, East - #1100519

Summary

• 5 days, 8am-5:30pm

• Salary range: $2500-$3500 (Based on experience)

• Location: 3 bus stops from Tai Seng MRT 

• Industry: Semiconductor 

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production capacity, shipment schedule, and delivery timelines

• Monitor daily and weekly shipment and production schedules

• Follow up with production and update customers on delivery status

• Coordinate orders and materials with Purchasing, Warehouse, Suppliers, and Manufacturing

• Work closely with customers on shipment plans and new business matters

• Help with checking purchase accuracy and ensuring smooth internal processes

• Develop and review customer forecasts to support production planning

• Track supplier performance, customer satisfaction, and production results (KPIs)

• Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) issues

• Support sales by working on and tracking RFQs, and following up with customers

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any Engineering studies.

• Preferably candidate with experience in managing customers pricing/quotations so as to achieve maximum business profits for the company
