The Role
Coordinate and assist in monitoring balance packaging from vendors and total network stock-on-hand
Coordinate product development with respective stakeholders, ie. Vendors, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Technical, Commercial, Supply Chain, etc.
All aspects of the administration processes support new product developments
Product status update due to depletion, discontinuation, or rebranding to be communicated timely to Commercial for necessary action
Ensure that cost and price changes are reflected timely
Ensure new article creation is created timely
Creation of new vendor accounts
Monitoring of new incoming shipments for Own Brand products, communicate in advance with Commercial to take action on the planogram
Coordinate with respective suppliers on administrative updates
Support internal stakeholders and communicate any potential issues that may impact on business operations
Any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Vlookup)
Good communication and coordination skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented
