• Position : Interior Designer / Sales Interior (Kaki Bukit)

• Location : Kaki Bukit

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand design requirements, project scope, preferences, and budget.

• Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, layout plans, and 3D visuals.

• Provide quotations, handle client enquiries, and follow up to close sales.

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.

• Oversee project progress to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

• Work closely with both residential and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of interior design experience in residential or commercial projects.

• Good understanding of renovation and constructions standards and requirements.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
