Summary

• Salary: Basic $5k-$7k (Based on experience) + Commission

• 5 days, Retail hours

• Industry: Beauty and cosmetics retail

• Branch available islandwide, mainly handle north region

Responsibilities

• People Management

  • Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain store team members.

  • Lead daily team briefings and manage store rosters.

  • Address disciplinary issues and maintain team motivation.

  Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.

  • Set and communicate KPIs during team briefings.

  • Resolve customer feedback and ensure high service standards.

  Operations & Merchandising

  • Follow visual merchandising guidelines and planograms.

  • Monitor stock inventory to minimize shrinkage.

  • Enforce cash handling and shortage prevention procedures.

  Business & Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze sales data and propose action plans to improve performance.

  • Monitor store Profit and Loss closely.

  • Ensure communication within Weekly Action Box is disseminated to the team.

Requirements

• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent studies.

• Candidate with experience in a leadership role, sales-driven, managing and developing a team, in retail line.
