Maintain full sets of account
Payroll & HR administration
Preparation of all statutory contribution eg. CPF, IRAS, GST returns etc.
Generating invoices and accounts statements
Maintaining the accounting system
AR/AP function.
Follow up on payments from customers
Preparation of yearly accounting closing, STOCK TAKE and Generating Inventory et.
Any other ah-hoc adminstration, office support and documentation duties as required.
