Position: Project Sales Executive-Manager ($2,200-$4,200)
Our Company:
We are a trusted name in the aluminum door and window industry, known for delivering high-performance, custom solutions for both residential and commercial projects. As we expand into larger B2B markets, we are seeking a driven and experienced B2B Sales Executive to build strong partnerships and drive business growth with professionals across the construction and design industry.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Development
· Identify and approach new B2B clients including contractors, architects, developers, designers, and builders
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders
· Attend site visits, presentations, and networking events to promote our product capabilities
Sales & Account Management
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
· Prepare and deliver quotations, tenders, and proposals tailored to each client’s needs
· Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent post-sales support
Project Coordination (Sales Support)
· Coordinate closely with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure accurate project delivery
· Understand technical product specifications and provide solutions that meet project requirements
· Stay involved in project timelines to ensure client satisfaction and on-time handovers
Reporting & Strategy
· Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records
· Provide market feedback to help refine products, pricing, and sales approach
· Contribute to sales strategies and participate in planning meetings
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the construction, architectural, or building materials industry
· Proven ability to hit sales targets and build strong client networks
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of aluminium door and window systems is an advantage
· Confident, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
· Class 3 driving license preferred
