What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure the overall monthly sales targets for the team are consistently achieved

• Meet individual sales targets in addition to managing team performance

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Relationship Managers to maintain high productivity, quality of work, and strong team morale

• Monitor and evaluate sales team performance regularly, provide revenue forecasts, and take corrective action to close performance gaps

• Ensure thorough due diligence and accuracy in all Credit Proposals submitted by Relationship Managers

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and complete sales process

• Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients

• Maintain strong professional networks to uncover new leads and drive business growth

What You Bring

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.

• Proven experiences in SME Banking/ Corporate Lending /Mortgage and Property Loans

• People Management & Coaching experiences
