Job Description:

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects;

• Prepare tender submission;

• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors;

• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners;

• Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors;

• Candidate with M&E Quantity Surveyor experience will be an advantage;

• Any other tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering;

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry;

· Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor;

· Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends;

· Independent with excellent problem-solving skills, detailed and a good team player;

· Salary package commensurate with experience.
