Our client is in the chemical manufacturing industry, producing solutions for agriculture, nutrition, plastics, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders & escalations (mainly aerospace clients), including coordination with sales & APTC Hub.

• Process Order-to-Cash (OTC) transactions in SAP SD—must handle high volume (>200 SO/PO line items monthly).

• Support local delivery & logistics, including lab sample transfers and stock movement with 3PL.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore & US export regulations (e.g., liaising with Singapore Customs, SCDF, etc.).

• Assist with AR follow-ups, SOA generation, and audit-related documentation.

• Back-up support for Logistics Planning and periodic stock-takes.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Business, SCM, or related field.

• 3+ years in customer service or supply chain roles.

• Strong SAP OTC (SD module) experience is a must. S4/HANA preferred.

• Familiarity with dangerous goods and ASEAN FTA documentation is a bonus.
