• Work closely with senior teams to align analysis with business goals.

• Coordinate in-store improvement initiatives, including renovations and layout optimization.

• Liaise with design teams, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely execution.

• Track progress, manage timelines, and handle documentation across multiple project stages.

• Conduct regular competitor analysis and customer research to identify growth opportunities.

• Provide insights that inform merchandising, pricing, and marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or higher in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams effectively.
