Responsibilities :

• Assist in the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and manufacturing pain points. Engage with both internal and external parties (customers, conferences, etc.)
• Contribute to the development of customer-centric designs and value propositions.
• Support the creation and execution of business model innovation strategies.
• Help with ROI analysis, resource allocation, and budgeting for various business initiatives.
• Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional improvement on ideation and rapid prototyping of solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies within manufacturing and supply chain.
• Cooperate with development team to perform analysis on current supply chain data to identify trends and issues, make proposal for improvements.
• Support the planning of the supply chain activities and the supply chain application systems for the department.

Requirements :

• Min. 3 – 5 years of experience working as a Business Innovation Analyst in supply chain
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations-related role
• Good understanding of business model innovation, market analysis, and value creation in SCM
