Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist showroom visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant.

• Ensure showroom is customer-ready and presentable at all times.

• Collect and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.

• Support sales teams in enhacing customer satisfaction.

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

• Prior experience in customer service or retail automotive expereince is a plus.

• Able to work retails hours
