Location: Woodlands
Salary: Up to $2,500 + Monthly Allowance + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: Mon - Sat, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Safety Coordinator Cum Supervisor to join our team and lead safety efforts on-site! If you’re passionate about workplace safety and have strong experience in plumbing & sanitary, this is the perfect opportunity to shine .

You will oversee site activities, enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure quality workmanship — all while promoting a strong culture of safety among the crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing, sanitary, and sewerage construction tasks

• Plan and coordinate plumbing & construction activities with the project team

• Supervise & enforce safety regulations on site

• Conduct regular safety inspections & implement corrective measures

• Lead crews to adopt best safety practices

• Support site preparation including excavation & plumbing installations

• Ensure work quality meets industry standards

• Maintain accurate safety records & documents

• Assist in preparing Risk Assessments & Safe Work Procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience

• Valid WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)

• Proven plumbing & sanitary works experience

• Certification in construction safety or related field

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, sanitary, sewerage, and construction processes

• Able to identify and promptly address safety hazards

• Team player with good physical stamina

• Willing to work overtime when required
