Accounts Assistant - #1099059

Our Client:

• Interior Design Firm

• 5 Days, Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm

• Woodlands

• Up $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Medical & Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Support monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents as needed

• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and maintain up-to-date financial data

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

• Assist in other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling accounting in Singapore

• Experience in processing payroll

• Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software
