Our esteemed client in the public healthcare industry is seeking for a Patient Service Associate.

Responsibilities:

• ​​​​​​Assist patients with registration and payment via app and self-service kiosk. 

• Ensure effective coordination of care in providing a pleasant patient experience journey at outpatient services.

• Handle patients’ enquiries such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.

• Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room.

• Assist in administrative and technical support in teleconsultation services.

• Provide a pleasant environment in ensuring operational readiness of clinic in overall décor, cleanliness, updated materials, etc.

• Participate in service quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum N/ O Level

• Prior experience in a healthcare or frontline customer service setting is preferred

• Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented

• Work well both independently and as part of a team

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
